  • Ready to ship orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 businesses days.
  • My Mini & Me is not responsible for delayed delivery times, damages caused in transit or lost packages by USPS/UPS. 
  • If your order contains a PREORDER item, your order will not ship until all items arrive.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all sizes are correct and discount codes are applied before submitting an order.


  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. Item(s) much be postmarked to be returned within 10 calendar days of the date the order was delivered. 
  • Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days. A store credit will be issued via EMAIL. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY. Store credit MUST be used within 90 days from the date it was issued.
  • If items do not meet the return qualifications, a store credit will NOT be issued and item(s) will be returned to the buyer AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
  • Due to the nature of the item, hats CANNOT be returned, they are final sale.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customer name and order number MUST be included with your return package.
